Come and relax, connect and take some time for YOU in your pregnancy.
This two hour morning retreat is an opportunity for you to nurture, nourish and rest deeply. You will be guided through a slow, flowing yoga practice to ease any aches in your body. This will be accompanied by breathing techniques which help to calm your mind and find a space of relaxation. While you are in a space of calm and rest, we will make sure you are cosy with blankets, cushions and wonderfully relaxing essential oils. You will be guided through a wonderful visualisation, followed by a deep relaxation to really help you to rest.
The morning will conclude with some time to share a nourishing treat and a drink, chat to us and meet other mamas. You will also receive a guided pregnancy relaxation MP3 to listen to at home. While you are experiencing all of this, you may just pick up some movement, breathing and self care tools that can support your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
