Our Mother Space Antenatal Package

Bespoke, personally tailored antenatal education and support for you and your birth partner

Our Antenatal Package is made up of 6 hours of in person sessions + ongoing WhatsApp support comprising :

  • 2 x 3 hour in person sessions

  • WhatsApp support from us between our visits

  • Comprehensive resource pack

  • 1 x Pregnancy Yoga Class

  • £399.00

We recommend these sessions to take place between 30-37 weeks gestation.

Birth Doula Support

Private pregnancy, birth and postnatal support.

As doulas, we have supported many births in North London. Whether you are birthing at home, giving birth at a midwife led centre or planning a hospital birth. Our job is to guide and empower you so you may feel in control, you feel held and most importantly safe when you birth your baby. We are here for you and your partner as a close member of your birthing team.

We cover home births and births at the following hospitals: Barnet, North Middlesex, The Whittington, The Royal Free and Edgware Birth Centre.

Pregnancy Yoga

Group or 1:1 classes specifically for pregnant women from 14 weeks to labour.

Yoga is an invaluable tool throughout pregnancy. It encourages women to develop strength and flexibility, and tune into their body and mind on their journey to motherhood. Our bodies know what to do - we can learn to listen in and trust ourselves. Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for women from 14 weeks to labour. Don't worry if you have never been to a yoga class before - now is a great time to start!

Seasonal Pregnancy Retreats

Come and relax, connect, and take some time for YOU in your pregnancy.

This 2 hour morning retreat is an opportunity for you to nurture, nourish and rest deeply. A slow, flowing yoga practice to ease any aches in your body, breathing techniques which help to calm your mind, a wonderful guided visualisation, and a deep relaxation to really help you to rest.

Hypnobirthing Courses

Group or 1:1 classes designed for you and your partner.

This course can be taken alone or as part of our Antenatal Package.

Are you feeling slightly anxious about birth and needing something more?

With hypnobirthing you will understand the mind body connection in a whole new way. Together you will practice and incorporate calm into your pregnancy, learning techniques to prepare with and adopt during labour and birth enabling you to feel more confident and excited to birth your baby. You will learn amazing tools you can use so you are more confident!

Personal support is given to all parents I work with. You have the ability to ask any personal questions and have the on going relationship with me during your pregnancy, this is a huge benefit!

Birth Preparation Class

1:1 class designed for you and your birth partner.

This course can be taken alone or as part of our Antenatal Package.

This is for you and your birth partner to learn and practice techniques that will support you through your labour and birth. You’ll learn the significance of the connection of your body and mind and how you can nurture this throughout your pregnancy to support your labour and birth. We explore ways to manage pain, breathing techniques, hurdles you may encounter and ways to overcome them. You will understand the mechanics of your body and learn how movement and positioning can really change the experience of your labour and birth. Your birth partner will understand their role in your journey, and how to support and advocate for you.

Birth after Trauma

1:1 sessions with Claire to explore your feelings surrounding your birth and begin the process of healing. The important thing for you to know is that trauma looks different for everyone. Our feelings can go on to affect your emotional and mental wellbeing, your relationships and even bonding with your new baby.

I am trained to work with a particular process to help with perinatal & birth trauma and have helped numerous individuals and couples to overcome the feelings of disappointment, failure, shock and emotional anguish. Whether your experience or event was one year ago or six years ago, the changes to your emotional wellbeing will be a huge relief for you.
