Join us live on zoom for this 90 minute class with Claire where she will be helping you to understand where your fears are stemming from and giving you tips and techniques to help you stay calm and feel more relaxed during your pregnancy and in the birth room itself.

This class is held on zoom. Everyone is welcome to attend, either alone or as a couple with your birth partner.
